After Dinner Negroni

Garnish: dehydrated orange, coffee beans

Glassware: Old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain over a large rock of clear ice and garnish.

In both pictures the ingredients are slightly tweaked, but the original intent still stands. I subbed a salted caramel liqueur for the tiramisu, and in the yellow variation it’s blanc vermouth and coffee-infused Suze instead of Campari.
