Ingredients:
- ¾ oz cold brew coffee
- ¼ oz Licor 43
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- ¾ oz Amaro Meletti
- ¾ oz Blended Aged Rum ❸
- ¼ oz aquafaba
- 4 drops saline solution
Garnish: chocolate powder
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Add one large cube plus a cheater and shake hard. Double strain into a chilled coupe and dust with chocolate powder.
