Ingredients:
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz gin
- float sparkling wine

Method
I normally batch this one, adding 20% water to dilute. Then once both bottles of batch and champagne are chilled down, combine them in glass (heavy on champagne) and serve.
The picture has a reddish color because this picture used spiced cranberry simple syrup instead of regular simple.
