- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz ginger syrup
Garnish: candied ginger

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
