Ingredients:
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz passion fruit syrup
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1½ oz Tequila reposado
- float Peychauds bitters
Garnish: pineapple frond

Method
Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain over a large rock of clear ice, float the bitters, and garnish.
