Ingredients:
- 2 oz Kinsip
- 1 oz walnut liqueur
- 1 oz heavy whipping cream
- ½ oz demerara syrup
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Glassware: Chilled coupe

Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Credit: Jon Howard (@imbibe). The rum and nocino shine in this Brandy Alexander riff. The rum is wrapped in cool nutty cream which is reminiscent of maple walnut ice cream without the maple. Definitely a fine dessert sip.
