Garnish: orange peel, mint sprig

Glassware: Double old-fashioned

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add 12 oz crushed ice, and shake for 20 seconds. Open pour into glass, and heap with pebble or lightly crushed ice. Garnish with mint and grated orange zest.
